Combating the Seven Deadly Sins of Waste

This article appeared in the October 2011 issue of Flexo magazine.  Flexo is a trade publication for the printing industry, particularly larger companies that use (unsurprisingly) flexo printing technology.  The article itself focuses on waste in the printing process, a key marketing point for one of my clients.

This article required doing outside research as well as pouring over the powerpoint slides and brochures that the client inundated me with.  The writing had to bring the technical aspects down to earth while maintaining a professional tone appropriate to the audience.

The results were spectacular– the client even told that salespeople for their competitors were asking for copies to send to people.
